We aim to respond to every message within a business day. But we're a small team, and we don't work 24/7. We usually spend our weekends with friends and family, so we appreciate your patience!
We answer emails Monday through Friday. Inquiries sent after work hours on Friday and over the weekend will typically be answered on Monday. Any delays due to holidays or sales will be noted in the auto-reply you'll receive after sending us an email.
We respond to every email we receive. If it's been a few days and you still haven't seen a reply, please check your spam filter. (We want to help, but can only do that if you see and respond to our messages!) Please add email@example.com to your contacts list so that our reply lands in your inbox and not in your spam filter.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance, as we are not able to respond to customer service inquiries sent via Facebook or Instagram messages. We have a robust ticketing system in place to ensure that we respond to every email we receive, so there's no need to send multiple messages. (We respond to messages in the order they were received, so sending duplicate messages will reset your place in the queue and may result in a longer wait time!)

Custom and wholesale inquiries
KMM & Co. accepts a very limited number of custom orders, depending on our production workload. Let us know what you have in mind and the timeline you envision, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
We're always happy to receive inquiries about custom orders, but please note that our capacity to produce custom designs is limited at this time. Even if we've made a custom order for you in the past, we have to consider our current production workload and priorities when determining whether we can accommodate your request.
We also offer bulk discounts and wholesale pricing. To discuss what you have in mind or to request a line sheet, just email us at email@example.com. For key fobs and other KMM & Co. products, we can emboss your logo using a custom stamp.
Visiting us in-store
Want to talk to the KMM & Co. team in person? We'd love to meet you! Our shop is located within Citizen Supply at Ponce City Market. The store is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. You can stop by anytime during those hours, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment with us.
A KMM & Co. employee is typically available in our shop at Citizen Supply from about 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, but those hours do vary based on production needs. Please let us know if you plan to stop by and will need our assistance!
