If you have any questions or requests for KMM & Co., we'd love to hear from you! Send us an email at email@example.com, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can! We aim to reply to every email within a business day. But we're a small team, and we don't work 24/7. (We usually spend our weekends with friends and family, so we appreciate your patience!)
Our customer service team answers emails (and responds to live chat messages) Monday through Friday. Inquiries sent after work hours on Friday or over the weekend will be answered on Monday. Any delays due to holidays or sales will be noted in the auto-reply you'll receive after sending us an email.
We respond to every email we receive. If it's been a few days and you haven't seen a reply, please check your spam filter. (We want to help, but we can only do that if you see and reply to our messages, too!) Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts list to ensure that our messages land in your inbox and not in your spam filter.

Please observe our social media policy
If you have questions or need assistance with an order, please email our customer service team at email@example.com. We do our best to respond to comments on social media. But as noted in our Instagram profile and in our Facebook Messenger auto-reply, we are not able to respond to customer service inquiries sent via Facebook or Instagram messages.
If you send us a message on Instagram or Facebook, we are not likely to see it and you won't receive a reply. Likewise, messages sent to the social media profiles of individual KMM & Co. staff members will not receive a reply.
We have a robust ticketing system in place to ensure that we respond to every email we receive, so there's no need to send multiple messages. We respond to messages in the order they were received, so sending duplicate messages will reset your place in the queue and may result in a longer wait time.
Send questions via our live chat app
You can now contact KMM & Co.'s customer service team via the live chat app on our website. (Just look for the button with three dots in the lower right corner of your screen!) When you open a live chat window, you'll be able to see whether someone is online to answer questions. If nobody is online, then the app will tell you that we'll respond as soon as we can.
KMM & Co. is a very small team, and we don't typically have someone online all day. Our team answers live chat questions Monday through Friday. Any inquiries sent after working hours on Friday or over the weekend will be answered on Monday.
We don't have the resources to provide 24/7 support, and we don't want to outsource support to a team that wouldn't be able to help our customers effectively. Thank you for understanding.

KMM & Co. takes on a very limited number of custom orders, depending on our production workload. Let us know what you have in mind and the timeline you envision, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
We're always happy to receive inquiries about custom orders, but please note that our capacity to produce custom designs is extremely limited at this time. Even if we've made a custom order for you in the past, we have to consider our current production workload and priorities when determining whether we can accommodate your request.
We also offer bulk discounts, and we offer wholesale pricing and wholesale accounts. To discuss what you have in mind or to request a line sheet, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For key fobs and other KMM & Co. products, we can emboss your logo using a custom stamp.
