Processing times
All KMM & Co. items are handmade and made to order! That means that it takes some time for the production team to prepare your order. The processing time for your order will depend on which item(s) you order, and in some cases, how many items you purchase. Typical processing times are as follows:

If you need your order by a specific date or have an occasion in mind, please let us know – we won't know that you have a deadline unless you tell us! Similarly, if your order is a gift and you don’t want a packing slip included (or if you’d like to add a gift message) please let us know! Send a message to hello@kmmco.com with your order number as soon as you can after placing your order.
We ship bags and other large items via UPS Ground, which typically takes 1 to 3 business days to reach addresses in the continental United States. However, that 1 to 3-day timeline does not include the processing time that it takes for KMM & Co. to make, pack, and ship the item(s) in your order. Smaller items are shipped by First Class Mail, which takes 3 to 5 days (exclusive of processing time).
We don't offer shipping guarantees, and the delivery times above are estimates. We’ll do our best to get your order shipped in time to arrive by the date you need it. But unfortunately, we can’t control the speed with which the UPS processes or delivers your shipment, and we aren’t responsible for UPS delays.
If we have any questions about your order, we'll send an email to the email address on file with your order. Please keep an eye out for any emails from the KMM & Co. team: If we have a question about your order and don't hear back from you, that may result in a delay.
Shipping in the United States
Orders shipped within the continental United States typically ship via UPS Ground. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, you can check the UPS website, visit our tracking page, or contact the UPS for more information on the location of the shipment and its expected delivery date.
All packages are delivered to our local post office or picked up by our mail carrier the same day that the shipping confirmation email goes out. Sometimes the post office scans shipments right away, and sometimes there’s a delay of a day or two. You can save your package’s tracking number, or sign up for UPS notifications, if you’d like to know when the postal service’s tracking page is updated.
Shipping internationally
We're happy to ship your order internationally, or to your address at a military base or diplomatic location. Our shipping page can calculate the cost for you based on the weight of the shipment and the location of delivery.
If you don't see what you need at checkout, or if you have questions about your shipping options, get in touch by sending an email to hello@kmmco.com. We'd be happy to coordinate details for you and figure out the best shipping method for your location. The two most popular choices are Ground International and Ground Express International. In our experience, First Class International packages move much, much more slowly than Ground shipments.
Expedited shipping
In some circumstances, we may be able to expedite your order, either by speeding up the processing time or upgrading the shipping method or both. Expedited shipping is available via UPS Ground Express, the fastest method offered by the postal service. Additional charges apply, and typically total about $35 for addresses in the continental United States.
Please reach out to hello@kmmco.com right away if you think that you want to expedite an order. Not all orders can be expedited. Especially around the holidays, we have a very limited ability to expedite orders. At any one time, our production and shipping queues are hundreds of orders long. We can’t let someone skip that line if it will result in delays for other customers.
Delivery date estimates and UPS delays
While the postal service provides an expected delivery timeframe, we aren't able to guarantee a delivery date. All delivery times are estimates, as the UPS is ultimately responsible for the delivery of your shipment. Once we hand over a shipment to our mail carrier or deliver it to our local post office, we don't have control over the amount of time that it takes for the post office to process and deliver the package.
KMM & Co. is not responsible for any delays on the part of the UPS, including any processing time that the postal service requires at the UPS origin facility in Atlanta. Especially during the holiday season, post office delays do happen. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over how quickly the postal service scans and processes packages.
UPS tracking
Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, you'll have a tracking number. We ship all orders via UPS, so you can check the status of your delivery by clicking the link in the confirmation email or just by navigating to the UPS site. You can also check the tracking details right here on our website.
Once we hand a shipment over to the postal service, it's out of our hands (both figuratively and literally). We can check the same tracking information that you've been watching, but you'll need to contact your local post office if you have questions about the tracking information or a delivery attempt at your address.
All shipments valued at $300 or above (and any shipment that includes special-order items) are shipped with signature confirmation, no exceptions. If you won't be available to sign for the package, you can authorize your mail carrier to leave the package by signing the slip they leave at your door, or contact the UPS to have the shipment held for pickup at your local post office.
Orders shipped to commercial addresses will also be sent with signature confirmation to ensure that they make it to the right part of your building or complex.
If you’d like to add signature confirmation to an order totaling less than $300 or going to a residential address, just let us know and we’d be happy to add it! We like the extra peace of mind that comes with signature confirmation, especially around the holidays.
Address changes
The shipping address for your order will be exactly what you enter at checkout. It's important for you to check that your address is correct before you submit the order, as KMM & Co. is not responsible for a missing delivery if you enter the incorrect address for your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of shipping your order twice. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be invoiced for the cost of reshipping it.
Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. Due to the limitations of the fraud protection policy of our payment processing platform, we are unable to change the shipping address on your order after it's submitted.
Bulk orders
Please note that bulk orders – typically orders of more than 5 of a single item – can take longer to ship than smaller orders. (This is especially true for items that need to be individually embossed or customized, or for which you have ordered a custom stamp.) This timeline is reflected in the table of our typical processing times above.
If you are placing a bulk order and have questions about the processing time, or know that there's a specific deadline by which you need your order to arrive, please just let us know and we'd be happy to do what we can to accommodate your timeline! Email us at hello@kmmco.com with your order number. Please note that custom and bulk orders are not confirmed – and the processing time does not begin – until payment has been completed.
